Project Manager

We are looking for a junior to intermediate Project Manager who is an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Commercial team. In this new and exciting role, you will provide support and focus on the delivery of MainPower’s business development portfolio.

The role will report to and work closely with our Strategy and Business Development Manager and support the establishment and operation of our business development initiatives, including transitioning projects through their lifecycle, managing project tasks and progress monitoring, developing and producing information management reports, and engaging with key internal and external stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a varied workforce, have a can- do attitude with recent hands-on experience as a project coordinator, a great customer focus, excellent relationship building skills and are a strong administrator with great attention to detail.

Ideally you will also have:

  • A project management qualification.
  • Proven contract management administration experience
  • Confident user of Microsoft packages, and database systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An ability to juggle and prioritise multiple tasks and see them through to completion.

Business Intelligence Developer

We have a great opportunity for an individual with 3+ years’ experience in data warehouse and reporting development to join our team. As part of our Business Intelligence team this role will take technical ownership for the ongoing development and maintenance of our SQL data warehouse and related applications and reports. You will also support the maintenance and development of our Tableau analytics platform. You will have exceptional technical and communication skills, be comfortable working independently and have the drive and ability to see projects through to the end.


We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in ETL development for data warehouses using SQL SSIS and stored procs.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in SSRS and Tableau, Power BI, or Qliksense.
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Absolute commitment to testing and data integrity.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in data modelling and dashboard development.
