New power supply

Applying for a new power supply? You’ve come to the right place.

A new power supply is required if you don’t have power to the boundary. For example, if you are starting a new subdivision or requiring a new electricity supply to a property/building.

We recommend using an electrician to complete the forms.

Our connectivity forms require a good understanding of the network around you as well as electricity terminology.
Applications have a higher success rate and faster processing times when they are completed by someone with technical understanding.

Wait times are currently 40 working days (8 weeks) for a network-approved design and quotation.

Due to current demand, it can take up to 40 working days (8 weeks), from the payment of the application and design fees, to process a network-approved design and quote.

To secure construction dates, please accept your quote as soon as possible. Please be mindful that jobs are given priority in order of acceptance of the quote.
