'Report an outage' online form submissions are only monitored during business hours; Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.


Please note that it may take up to 2 working days to hear back from MainPower after submitting the form. Please call 0800 30 90 80 if the matter is urgent and needs to be attended to sooner.


At Alert level 2 MainPower is only allowing pre-approved, essential visitors into the building. The MainPower site is closed to all other visitors.
